The Life of Rasu 50: My 50th Post
HEY HEY everyone, and welcome to the 50th Blog post. Yes, thats right, 50 POSTS!!! OMFG LOLZOR AWESOME!!!
Now, if I'd been smart and patient enough to actually stick to my original concept of only one blog per week, then this 50th post would be mighty close to the completion of one YEAR of BLOGS.... but unfortunately this isnt the case. Some weeks i posted 2, to 3, to even MORE then 3 posts, in the one week. So its only 7/12 way through the year in terms of when my blogs started, and heres blog number 50.
Ok, so what did I wanna talk about in this blog post. Well basically, i was gunna do the whole where i am now compared to where i was in my first blog post, but i will leave that for the 1 year aniversary of my blog, which will be like post 75 or sumfin.
So, i guess i'll just talk about today. OMFG my dvd player keeps breakin. Im trying to watch southpark as i write this, and the damm thing keeps goddamm breakin. RARGH!!! Hold on one sec
*gets up, turns off DVD, exhales random string of insults, picks up laptop, moves to another room*
Ok, back. SO whats happened lately.
Well I've started getting shifts at my new job, at Video Ezy Loganholme, which is pretty exciting. My first real shift is tomorrow, but i have done a couple small favor-shifts there in the past, so i dont have to worry about the whole 'new guy turning up, no friends, needing to learn everything'. hehe phew, thats a load off my mind.
Uni is goin smeggin fantastic lately. I got a 9/10 for my editing assignment, a 9/10!!!! WOOOOOO!!!! Compared to all my 7's and 7.5's for writing and photography, a 9 is freakin super special awesome!!! Also campus life if great. I now have an even BIGGER range of friends, and literally i could list em all to be all like 'hey, look at all my friends and stuff'...but im not that kinda guy. lolz
But seriously, its great now. i dont have one lecture/tutorial where i dont ATLEAST have 2 or 3 mates with me. some lectures i got about 7 or 8, which gets a bit tough when choosing seats, but meh. its all good. hehe. I even got some new friends who are girls, like Kate and Amanda, which is great too!
Apart from uni, just chillin and stuff. Had a really awesome weekend, where i went to Laser Skirmish which was held in Helensvale High School, for my little brothers birthday party. Sure, its 2 days late and i cant really walk anymore and my fingers feel swollen, but hell, it was such a fun day, If u wanna see some pics of us getting ready (i couldnt take my cam into the battle with me), then go to my myspace and chek it out. for those readin this on my blogspot, and not my myspace, my myspace is http://www.myspace.com/rasu17
And so i got a big week ahead of me this week. Gotta finish my first script for my movie im writing, entitled Hedgehog. I gotta get my website for my movie production company, Cow Prod Productions, up and running, O, and thursday is gunna be really fun cause im doing a photoshoot with Jen for my photography class, so im really looking forward to that.
Anyways, thats it for today. Since, once again sorry, i dont have a video blog (goddam i wanted to take my cam into laser skirmish!!!), i present to u another funny movie series i have been watching over the last couple days.
